Information we process

The App connects to your Shopify store using Shopify’s APIs and the permissions (scopes) you approve at install. Depending on how you use the App, we may access and process:

• Products — to assign size charts to products, collections, tags, and vendors.
• Files — to store chart images in Shopify Files when you upload images.
• Metafields — as used by the App to store chart configuration and assignments.
• Themes — as needed for the theme app block and storefront display.
• Shop information — such as shop domain and contact email for support and billing.

We do not collect or store your customers’ personal data (such as customer names, emails, or addresses) as part of the App’s normal operation.

Where data is stored

App data (such as chart definitions and assignment rules) is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1 databases, in regions used by our Cloudflare account configuration.

How we use data

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Display size charts on your storefront according to your settings.
• Respond to support requests at support@honestsizecharts.com.
• Comply with legal obligations and Shopify’s requirements.

GDPR and Shopify compliance webhooks

We implement Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks, including:

• customers/data_request
• customers/redact
• shop/redact

Because we do not store customer personal data for the App’s core features, customer data requests and redactions typically require no customer records on our side. When you uninstall the App, we process shop/redact and aim to delete shop-related App data within approximately 48 hours after uninstall.

Retention

We retain shop data while the App is installed. After uninstall and shop redaction, we delete associated App data as described above.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use subprocessors necessary to run the App (for example Shopify, Cloudflare, and email delivery providers for support). We may disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you as a merchant contact. Contact us at support@honestsizecharts.com.
